The challenge

Digital Fiber had plenty to offer, but 2 everyday problems were quietly costing them business.

First, their online presence wasn’t doing the one job it needed to do: turn interest into action. Every enquiry that did come through had to be read, copied, and re-typed by hand into their sales system.

That manual step is where leads slip. A message read late on a busy day. A name typed into the wrong field. An enquiry that simply never made it across. Each one is a potential customer who never hears back.

Second, when people searched for what Digital Fiber does, the business was hard to find. Without a strong presence on Google Search and Maps, even a great website only helps the handful of people who already know the company name. Everyone else lands on a competitor.

We were brought in to fix both: build a site that captures every enquiry automatically, and make sure new customers can find the business in the first place.

Our approach

We treated the website as the front end of a sales process. Every decision, from the contact form fields to where the data went, answered one question: does this help a real enquiry reach the right person, fast?

The plan had 3 connected parts:

  1. A modern, fast website that presents Digital Fiber clearly and makes it easy to get in touch.
  2. A direct pipe into their CRM so an enquiry appears in the sales system the moment someone hits submit.
  3. A findable business on Google through a properly set-up Google Business Profile and local SEO, so search traffic becomes a steady source of new leads.

What we did

Built a clean, conversion-focused website. We designed and built a modern site that loads quickly and reads clearly on phones and desktops alike. The layout guides every visitor toward a single, obvious next step: getting in touch.

Wired the site straight into the CRM. This was the heart of the project. We connected the website’s forms to Digital Fiber’s CRM so every enquiry flows in automatically. A visitor fills in the form, and their details land in the CRM as a new lead, ready for the team to act on. We mapped each form field carefully so the data arrives clean and in the right place, then tested end to end to confirm nothing gets dropped between the site and the system.

Made the business discoverable on Google. We set up the Google Business Profile properly, with accurate business details, category, and contact information, so Digital Fiber shows up in local Search and on Google Maps. Alongside that, we applied local SEO fundamentals to the website so the right search terms point people to the right pages. When someone nearby searches for what Digital Fiber does, they find Digital Fiber.

Closed the loop from click to CRM. With the site, the automation, and the Google presence working together, a stranger can now discover the business on Google, land on the website, submit an enquiry, and appear as a lead in the CRM, all without anyone touching a spreadsheet. That’s faster follow-up, and faster follow-up wins more business.

The results

The exact numbers will grow as the new setup runs, but the structural wins were in place from day 1:

  • Every enquiry is captured automatically. Web enquiries flow straight into the CRM with zero manual entry, so a missed message or a mistyped detail can’t lose a lead anymore.
  • The business is live and findable on Google. A properly configured Google Business Profile puts Digital Fiber on Search and Maps, so new customers can discover them without already knowing the name.
  • Follow-up is faster. Leads arrive in the CRM the instant they’re submitted, so the sales team can respond while interest is still fresh, the single biggest factor in converting an enquiry.
